Your trust is earned - and we intend to keep it. This page outlines the terms, policies, and expectations for all interactions with TheBoeCo. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following: 

SECTION I: TRANSACTION & INVESTMENT DISCLOSURES 

1. No Investment Advice 

We provide education, not financial advice. All product information is for informational purposes. You are responsible for assessing what's right for your situation and should consult a licensed 

advisor as needed. 

2. Investment Risks 

Precious metals and numismatics involve risk. Markets move based on supply, demand, geopolitical shifts, and investor sentiment. There are no guarantees of profit. 

3. Long-Term Outlook 

The Boe Co. recommends a minimum 5-10 year holding period for numismatic and semi- numismatic products. Short-term liquidation could result in loss. 

4. Pricing Transparency 

Our typical product pricing includes a "spread"-the difference between wholesale cost and retail price: 

• Bullion: 1-5% -10% 
• Semi-Numismatic (Better Dates): 10-20% 
• Numismatic (Investment-Grade/Rare Coins): 20-40% 
• IRA Products: 1-13% 

This spread reflects sourcing, expertise, and long-term service quality. 

5. Return Policy 

Standard Items: Full refund if returned in original packaging within 30 days. 

Bullion & Special Orders: Final sale. 

Beyond 30 Days: May incur up to a 20% restocking fee or be repurchased at 

current TheBoeCo bid. 

6. Market Loss & Cancellations 

Once confirmed, your order is binding. Canceling is subject to market loss fees and a $50 administrative charge. Market gains remain property of TheBoeCo. 

SECTION II: USER CONDUCT, LEGAL TERMS & COMMUNICATION 

7. No Fiduciary Role 

We are not your investment advisor - just a resource for real assets and real answers. 

8. Governing Law 

All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes must be resolved in Montgomery County, Texas. 

9. Arbitration 

If a dispute arises, we agree to resolve it via binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Both parties waive jury trial and class action rights. 

10. Phone Recordings 

Calls may be recorded for training and quality control purposes. By calling, you consent. 

11. Binding Transactions 

All confirmed orders form a legal contract. We reserve the right to cancel or correct orders due to errors, payment issues, or legal risks. 

SECTION III: BUYBACK POLICY 

12. Buyback Terms 

We offer a voluntary buyback policy for products originally purchased from TheBoeCo. 

Eligibility: Items must be verified as authentic and in acceptable condition. We only consider buybacks for products we originally sold. Buyback is subject to current market demand, inventory, and discretion. 

Pricing: Based on real-time market values upon receipt and verification. Influenced by grade, condition, and market demand. 

Quotes are not binding until items are inspected.

Upon arrival, our team verifies and inspects the items.  A formal offer is issued. 

If accepted, payment is processed within 10-15 business days. 

Risk during shipping is the sender's responsibility. Use insured, trackable carriers.  

We reserve the right to decline offers or adjust pricing based on condition. 

SECTION IV: ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY 

13. Data Protection 

We collect only necessary personal information to fulfill your orders. That includes name, address, contact info, and payment details-secured through encrypted systems. 

14. Mailing List Consent 

By signing up for our email list (e.g., Recoil Dispatch), you agree to receive updates and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time. We never sell your email address. 

15. Communications 

You may receive calls or texts from us for orders or updates. We respect your time. Texts are limited

SECTION V: FINAL TERMS 

18. Limitation of Liability 

Our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for the product. We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages. 

19. Severability 

If a term is deemed unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. 

20. Policy Changes 

We may update this agreement at any time. Your continued use of our services implies acceptance 

of the latest version.
